Adv (Dr.) Vibhuti Bhushan’s life started in a small town of Rajasthan’s Jaipur district- Pragpura. He was born and brought up in a middle class family with great ethical, social and cultural values. His father Late Mr. Radhey Shyam Sharma was a great scholar with immense knowledge about various subjects, particularly religion and spirituality. He wrote several books and articles about the same.

Vibhuti Bhushan inherited the same moral values and principles from his learned father. The upbringing taught him how to live a selfless life with high ethical standards. The deep rooted principles laid down by his parents helped him immensely in serving people and succeeding in life.

He developed a passion for books just like his father and still has a vast collection of thousands of books. His love for studies and books motivated him to do higher studies like Law graduation, post graduation, several diplomas and PhD from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He has a long list of qualifications:

Qualifications: Ph.D., M.A, LL.B., B.J.M.C., P.G.D.T.L, P.G.D.L.L., P.G.D.H.E.

In student life, he joined NSUI student organisation and fought for students’ rights and welfare. His love for politics and helping out people brought him glories.

Dr. Vibhuti is an Ex-State General Secretary And Ex-State Vice President of N.S.U.I and was also an office bearer in Youth Congress Rajasthan and President of Manav Manch, Chhatra Shakti & Gandhi Vichar Manch.

He started practicing law in Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench in year 2000. Since then, he never looked back and became General Secretary of Rajasthan High Court Bar Association in 2007. He later became the youngest ever elected President of the Bar Association in 2012. He was also a member of Congress Manifesto Committee in 2018.

He has been a dynamic, skilled, knowledgeable and intelligent lawyer in his entire career. His debating and argumentative skills are exceptional and helps in winning over the opponent lawyers and convincing the court in his favour. He is considered one of the best advocates in Jaipur.

He has always been a people’s advocate and filed several PILs for the welfare of the general public. He even fought and won against the then state government’s misdeeds. He goes to any extent in his fight for justice. His clients’ always shower praises on him for his jolly nature and for the way he tries to help them overcome their legal issues.

After seeing the outstanding track record of Dr. Vibhuti Bhushan Sharma as a lawyer, in 2019, the state government appointed him as the Additional Advocate General (AAG) to represent the govt. in High Court matters.

Apart from being a top lawyer of Jaipur, Dr. Vibhuti Bhushan Sharma is a complete family man with a wife and 2 kids, a buddy for his friends and a true leader and motivator for his team.
